A Dunkirk man is facing charges after a one-vehicle crash in the Town of Hanover. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies responded to the crash at 9:40 PM on Friday and later determined that the driver, identified as 19-year-old Dwayne White, was allegedly driving while intoxicated. White was arrested and charged with DWI, DWI per se, aggravated DWI, and following too closely. White will appear at the Town of Hanover court at a later date.
