A Cattaraugus County man has been charged in connection with a rape that occurred in the Village of Silver Creek in January. The Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigation Division determined that 22-year-old Keion Tyger of Salamanca allegedly had sex with a juvenile. Tyger has been arraigned in Chautauqua County Supreme Court on charges of 3rd-degree rape and endangering the welfare of a child.
