The Chautauqua Lake Bridge will be closed evenings through Friday, June 6th as construction work on the span continues. Chautauqua County Sheriff's dispatchers confirm the closings will take place between 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM each day. The New York State Department of Transportation reports that traffic will be detoured off of I-86 onto Route 394 at Stow and Route 430 in Bemus Point. Normal traffic hours resume after the morning commute on Friday.
