A crash on Route 430 in Dewittville Sunday evening led to a Leandra's Law charge against a Westfield woman. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies responded to the scene shortly before 9:15 PM and determined that the driver, 30-year-old Chanine Yordy, was allegedly intoxicated at the time of the crash. Deputies add that two young children were passengers in the vehicle during the incident. Yordy was charged with two counts of aggravated DWI; one for driving with a child in the vehicle and one for having a BAC greater than .18%. She also faces counts of DWI and moving from lane safely. Yordy was answer the charges in Chautauqua Town Court at a later date.
