
A Jamestown man faces a menacing charge after he allegedly threatened a juvenile with a handgun on Wednesday. Jamestown Police were patrolling the area of Winsor Street and East 2nd Street shortly before 2:30 PM, when the victim flagged down officers. They learned that an unknown while male, later identified as 52-year-old Kevin Lamar, allegedly threatened the victim. Lamar was located a short time later and taken into custody. He was charged with 2nd-degree menacing and endangering the welfare of a child, and he was later released with an appearance ticket for Jamestown City Court.
