A Ripley woman was arrested and charged for DWI following a motor vehicle crash. On Saturday around 4:00am, officers with the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office responded to a motor vehicle crash in the Town of Ellery. The operator of the vehicle, identified as 33-year-old Kira Flick, was later found to have been allegedly operating the vehicle while intoxicated. Flick was arrested and charged with felony DWI, aggravated DWI, moving from lane unsafely, and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle. She will appear in the Town of Ellery Court at a later date.
