An investigation by the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office and State Police that began in December resulted in the arrest of a Falconer man Friday afternoon. According to the Sheriff's Office, the probe found that 45-year-old Joseph Mueller solicited and requested someone to commit an unnamed Class A felony against a victim in the City of Jamestown. Mueller turned himself in to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment on a felony count of 2nd-degree criminal solicitation.
