The Treasurer's Office at Dunkirk City Hall is now closed until further notice as the Chautauqua County District Attorney's Office has executed a grand jury subpoena at the direction of the State Comptroller's Office. That's according to City Police Chief Chris Witkowski, who made the announcement in a press release Tuesday afternoon. Witkowski says his department and the Mayor's Office assisted in executing the subpoena at about 2:00 PM.
