Westfield Memorial Hospital Continues to Seek Community Input for REH Transition

Westfield Memorial Hospital has received support from the community for its decision to pursue a rural emergency hospital (REH) designation. That's according to hospital Administrator Rodney Buchanan, who was a call-in guest on WDOE's "Viewpoint" program last Friday. The hospital also invites members of the public to a community forum for more information on becoming a designated REH. The forum is scheduled for Tuesday at 6:30 PM at Westfield High School.
