Man Convicted in Randolph Drug Raid Gets Over 10 Years in Federal Prison

A man who was convicted on federal drug counts in connection with a January 2019 raid of an apartment in Cattaraugus County has been sentenced to 10 years and one month in prison. U.S. Attorney Trini Ross announced the sentence Monday for 40-year-old Mark Maio, who was convicted of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute, and to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine. The sentencing was the result of an investigation by the Jamestown Police Department, Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force, and DEA.

Investigators executed a search warrant at 128 Main Street in Randolph, where Maio and co-defendant Brittany Dellahoy resided. Law enforcement recovered quantities of methamphetamine, marijuana, crack cocaine, heroin, drug paraphernalia and $2,036 in cash. Dellahoy was previously convicted and is awaiting sentencing.
