A Westfield man who was found to have 29 suspensions on his driver's license was charged with felony aggravated unlicensed operation after a traffic stop in the Town of Chautauqua late Friday morning. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies pulled over a vehicle on Route 394 driven by 27-year-old Andrew Harris shortly after 11:00 AM, knowing that he had a suspended license. In addition to the litany of suspensions on Harris' record, deputies also found that he allegedly possessed a quantity of methamphetamine. As a result, Harris was also charged with 7th-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He is scheduled to appear in Chautauqua Town Court at a later date.
