State Police from the SP Fredonia barracks are seeking the public's assistance in identifying a person who is suspected of using stolen IDs in an attempt to purchase gift cards at local stores. Troopers tell WDOE News that the male was involved in four separate incidents from late December and January. He is accused of entering the Tops Markets stores in Dunkirk and Silver Creek and the Home Depot in Dunkirk. Surveillance footage of him shows tattoo on his left hand. This person may be in the Dunkirk or Silver Creek area. Anyone with information can contact State Police at (585) 344-6200.
