A Jamestown resident was arrested following an incident where his vehicle had struck a residential building. Jamestown Police Officers responded to a report of the incident at a Southside address on Tuesday around 7:50 pm. Officers had located 57-year-old Carlos Pagan within the vehicle, and later determined that he was allegedly under the influence of alcohol. Officers later identified that Pagan had three previous convictions of DWI in the past 10 years, and that his driving privileges were previously revoked. Pagan was taken into custody and charged with DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation in the 1st degree, reckless driving, along with several other traffic violations. Pagan was held in the Jamestown City Jail pending arraignment.
