A local veteran who has collected military gear his entire life is taking advantage of Veterans Day to display some of his collection in a new, temporary exhibit at the Dunkirk Historical Museum. Matthew Sutton: ties with Dunkirk's history

Sutton, who is now a volunteer at the museum, says everything in the display is original with the exception of one pair of shoes and replica weapons. The exhibit will be available through the end of November.
