
Dunkirk Police and the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Narcotics Investigators made two arrests after the execution of a search warrant in the city of Dunkirk Tuesday morning. Dunkirk SRT made entry into the lower apartment at 131 Lake Shore Drive East around 10:00 AM, locating two people inside. During a search, investigators seized 12.2 grams of cocaine, 31.1 grams of fentanyl, 38.7 grams of crack cocaine, packaging material, scales and $642 in cash. Police arrested 43-year-old Ronnie Walker and 48-year-old Kevin Hunt, both of Dunkirk, charging them with five counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree and one count each of criminally using drug paraphernalia 2nd. Both Walker and Hunt were transported to the Dunkirk Police Department where they are being held pending arraignment in Dunkirk City Court.
