Evans Police have located a suspect who was allegedly involved in a robbery late Friday afternoon at Crosby's on North Main Street in the village of Angola. 24-year-old Collin Gallese has been charged with 1st-degree robbery after an investigation into the holdup. Police say the robbery occurred around 5:45 pm, with Gallese allegedly demanding cash and merchandise by showing a note to an employee. He is also accused of producing a knife during the robbery. The suspect then fled the scene in a vehicle. After sending descriptions of the suspect and the vehicle to surrounding agencies, Cheektowaga Police located the vehicle and took the driver into custody for a warrant and other charges on Saturday.
