An employee of the Westfield Central School District has tested positive for COVID-19. That's according to Westfield Superintendent Michael Cipolla, who says the district was notified on Thursday that an employee of Westfield Elementary School tested positive for the virus. Cipolla says the individual was last present at school on November 17th. Any close contacts are being notified, and appropriate steps will be taken. This marks the third positive COVID-19 case associated with Westfield Elementary School and the fifth positive case for the entire district in November.
