Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies took a Sherman woman into custody after an investigation into an incident at an address on Main Street in Sherman. Deputies responded to the scene at about 12:00 PM Wednesday and found that 72-year-old Virginia King allegedly damaged property belonging to the victim. King was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment on a charge of 4th-degree criminal mischief.
