The Fredonia Police Department announced that it charged the following people during the month of June:
On June 2nd, William Eppinger, Sr. was charged with failure to stop from an alley/driveway/private road and 3rd-degree aggravated unlicensed operation in the area of Kwik Fill on Bennett Road.
On June 2nd, Kenneth Nolan was arrested on a warrant at Wal-Mart.
On June 3rd, Paul Stout was arrested on a charge of forcible touching.
On June 5th, Heather Payne was arrested on a warrant.
On June 5th, Adrian Coone was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the area of Temple Street and Lambert Avenue.
On June 6th, Tyler Wicks was charged with DWI in the area of Temple Street and Leverett Street.
On June 6th, Nicole Klinger was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the area of West Main Street and Hamlet Street.
On June 7th, Carter Jones was charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs in the area of West Main Street and Hamlet Street.
On June 9th, Christopher Wilcox was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the area of East Main Street and Clinton Avenue.
On June 9th, Catherine Bindics was arrested at a warrant at Wal-Mart.
On June 10th, Loretta Trask was charged with 2nd-degree harassment following an incident at 248 Water Street.
On June 12th, Sunshine Caroll was arrested on two counts of 3rd-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, one count of 2nd-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia, and one count of 2nd-degree obstruction at the Dollar General on East Main Street.
On June 15th, Thomas Lutz was charged with 2nd-degree harassment and 2nd-degree criminal contempt at 10375 Bennett Road.
On June 16th, William Eppinger, Sr. and Susan Lilly were each charged with 2nd-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia and 7th-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
On June 18th, Susan Lilly was charged with 7th-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 178 Central Avenue.
On June 20th, Salome Hernandez was charged with 3rd-degree aggravated unlicensed operation in the area of Temple Street and Brigham Road.
On June 22nd, Juliana Krauter was charged with 2nd-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and driving without an inspection in the area of East Main Street and Cleveland Avenue.
On June 23rd, Marlowe Reuther was charged with petit larceny at Wal-Mart.
On June 24th, Dale Stevens was charged with DWI in the area of Plaza 59 on Bennett Road.
On June 26th, Katherine Gonzalez was charged with 5th-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and petit larceny at Wal-Mart.
