An investigation into an incident in the Ellington area in September has resulted in charges against an Ellington man. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies were called to the area on September 23rd and determined that 24-year-old Nathan Houser allegedly intentionally damaged someone's property. Deputies add that Houser was seen driving an ATV on the roadway prior to the incident. He was issued multiple traffic tickets and was charged with 4th-degree criminal mischief. Houser is scheduled to appear in Ellington Town Court.
