An investigation into a larceny in the Town of Chautauqua has led to the arrest of a Bemus Point man. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies responded to a report of the incident on October 8th and later charged 41-year-old Jonathan Rivera with petit larceny and 5th-degree criminal possession of stolen property. He will answer the charges in Chautauqua Town Court at a later date.
