A Jamestown man faces two counts of petit larceny following separate shoplifting complaints in the Town of Ellicott in early September. According to Ellicott Town Police, the complaints alleged that 42-year-old Dwayne Thompson removed store merchandise on September 6th and September 9th without paying. Thompson was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charges in Ellicott Town Court.
