A Forestville woman is facing several drug-related charges in the Village of Gowanda. According to State Police in Collins, 37-year-old Chelsea Richter was arrested late Sunday morning on one count of operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs and four counts of 7th-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Troopers say Richter was issued an appearance ticket.
