A woman from North Collins faces an impaired driving charge in the Town of Dunkirk. According to State Police from the SP Fredonia barracks, 57-year-old Darlene Fiorella was arrested Friday afternoon on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs. Troopers say Fiorella was released to a third party.
