A Westfield man was taken into custody following a report of an unwanted person at a local residence early Monday afternoon. Westfield Police were called to the scene shortly after 1:15 PM and determined that 20-year-old Roman Weaver was allegedly violating an order of protection. Weaver was charged with 2nd-degree criminal contempt and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.
