State Police have arrested a Dunkirk woman on charges stemming from a domestic dispute in the Town of Pomfret. According to troopers from the SP Fredonia barracks, 20-year-old Savannah Cook was taken into custody Friday afternoon on charges of 3rd-degree assault, criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, and 1st-degree criminal contempt. She was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.
