A Westfield man faces a charge of 4th-degree criminal mischief following a report of a disorderly male in the village last Monday. Westfield Police were called to an undisclosed address at about 6:45 PM and determined that 39-year-old Kyle Markham allegedly punched a house window, causing it to shatter. Markham was transported to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.
