A Cattaraugus woman faces a petit larceny charge after she allegedly shoplifted from a liquor store in Randolph. Cattaraugus County Sheriff's deputies say 46-year-old Sherrie Carter was arrested Saturday after closed circuit TV identified her at Countryside Wine & Spirits at 145 Main Street. Carter was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charge in Randolph Town Court.
