The Fredonia Police Department has announced the following charges during the month of May:
On May 1st, Aliyah Hopkins and Ava Brazier were both charged with underage possession of alcohol and a violation of the Village of Fredonia's open container law. Brazier was also charged with possessing a fake ID and littering. The two were arrested at the Old Main Inn on Water Street.
On May 1st, Georgia Helper was charged with possessing a fake ID, underage possession of alcohol, and a violation of the Village of Fredonia's open container law at 35 Canadaway Street.
On May 1st, Joseph Calandra was charged with underage possession of alcohol on West Main Street.
On May 1st, Riley Piazza and Anthony Pratt were both charged with a violation of the Village of Fredonia's open container law, while Pratt was also charged with underage possession of alcohol at Lena's Pizza on Canadaway Street.
On May 1st, Jordan Drake and Evan Czosnyka were both charged with a violation of the Village of Fredonia's open container law at 32 West Main Street.
On May 1st, Grace Maziarz was charged with a violation of the Village of Fredonia's open container law in the area of Water Street and Norton Place.
On May 1st, Ivan McFardin was charged with a violation of the Village of Fredonia's open container law in the area of Central Avenue and Temple Street.
On May 1st, Kody Erhard and Ayden Bergman were both charged with underage possession of alcohol and a violation of the Village of Fredonia's open container law, while Bergman was also charged with resisting arrest. Both arrests occurred at 32 West Main Street.
On May 2nd, Dontrell Clemons was charged with 2nd-degree aggravated unlicensed operation in the area of Lambert Avenue and Day Street.
On May 2nd, Isaiah Pearson and Sienna Swanson were charged with disorderly conduct stemming from a fight at 12 Water Street.
On May 2nd, Ashleigh Manns was charged with a violation of the Village of Fredonia's open container law at 33 Canadaway Street.
On May 2nd, Ryan Peyton was charged with underage possession of alcohol and a violation of the Village of Fredonia's open container law at 32 West Main Street.
On May 2nd, Gavin Nerone was charged with underage possession of alcohol and a violation of the Village of Fredonia's open container law in the area of Lambert Avenue and Newton Street.
On May 2nd, Jayshawn Couser was charged with 2nd-degree burglary, 2nd-degree harassment and 4th-degree criminal mischief following an incident on Canadaway Street.
On May 2nd, Hallie Marie Heady was charged with a violation of the Village of Fredonia's open container law on Temple Street.
On May 3rd, Tyrese Kristian-Johnson was charged with a violation of the Village of Fredonia's sewer ordinance at Mrs. Fred's on Water Street.
On May 3rd, Jonathan Fores was charged with 2nd-degree criminal trespass and 2nd-degree criminal contempt at 19 Moore Avenue.
On May 3rd, Dillon Smith was charged with 5th- and 7th-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and 2nd-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia. He is accused of possessing cocaine at the Dollar General on East Main Street.
On May 4th, Jayden Kirk was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the area of 276 West Main Street.
On May 4th, Dereck Reyes-Rivera was charged with 2nd-degree harassment and 3rd-degree assault at 3 Eagle Street.
On May 5th, Shaun Brenner was arrested on a warrant and also charged with 2nd-degree harassment and 4th-degree criminal mischief.
