A man is facing a charge of petit larceny after he allegedly stole someone's prescription medication during a domestic dispute in the Town of Ellicott. According to Ellicott Town Police, 55-year-old Thomas Badgley fled the scene following the alleged theft. He turned himself in on August 28th and was issued an appearance ticket for Ellicott Town Court.
