A Forestville man has been charged with criminal mischief after an investigation into a domestic dispute in the Town of Dunkirk. According to State Police from the SP Fredonia barracks, 43-year-old Nathan Case was arrested early Sunday on the misdemeanor charge. He was transported to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.
