A Jamestown woman has been charged following a reported shoplifting incident in the Village of Falconer. Ellicott Town Police say 38-year-old Kristin Dale was charged with petit larceny and 5th-degree criminal possession of stolen property on Monday after she allegedly took property belong to the Dollar General on West Main Street, near the Jamestown city line. Dale was located on foot a short distance from the business and was issued an appearance ticket for Ellicott Town Court.
