Jamestown Police June Blotter

The Jamestown Police Department announced the following arrests during the month of June:

On June 4th, Jamestown Police pulled over a vehicle for traffic violations in the area of Fairmount Avenue and McDaniel Avenue at about 10:30 PM. Officers determined that 58-year-old Donner Vonritter was allegedly driving the vehicle while in an intoxicated condition. He was charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, and multiple traffic tickets.

On June 6th, Jamestown Police responded to a business on the city's south side for a shoplifting complaint. Officers discovered that 59-year-old William Dudley had allegedly concealed merchandise on his person and left without paying. He was located near the store and taken into custody without incident. Dudley was charged with petit larceny and issued an appearance ticket.

On June 8th, officers were called to an address on the city's west side for a domestic dispute shortly after 11:30 PM. They determined that 42-year-old Jennifer Volpe allegedly prevented the victim from calling police by taking a cell phone from their hand and throwing it. She then allegedly damaged the victim's wi-fi router by smashing it against a wall. Volpe was charged with two counts of 4th-degree criminal mischief.

On June 9th, Jamestown Police responded to a reported domestic dispute on the city's west side shortly after 5:45 PM. An investigation discovered that 46-year-old Isaiah Conyer allegedly violated a stay-away order of protection. Meanwhile, 26-year-old Jaidyn Conyer is accused of interfering with the investigation by yelling at officers and not allowing them to speak with the victim. Isaiah was charged with 2nd-degree criminal contempt, while Jaidyn was charged with 2nd-degree obstruction.

On June 9th, officers responded to a disturbance at an address on the city's west side shortly before 9:15 PM. On arrival, they made contact with 53-year-old Steven Cabisca, who had an active probation warrant out of Pennsylvania for criminal possession of a controlled substance. Cabisca was charged as a fugitive from justice.
