Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies have charged a Cherry Creek man with petit larceny after investigating a complaint from an address on Main Street in the hamlet on July 5th. Deputies determined that 38-year-old Jonathan Scinta allegedly took property that did not belong to him. Scinta was issued an appearance ticket on Monday and is scheduled to appear in Cherry Creek Town Court at a later date.
