A Sinclairville man was taken into custody following a report of a domestic dispute in the village late Saturday morning. State Police from the SP Fredonia barracks say the incident was reported shortly after 11:00 AM. Troopers charged 35-year-old Steven Stablewski with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation. He was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.
