Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies have charged a Fredonia man after investigating a report of a trespassing violation on Thursday. Deputies responded to an address in the Town of Portland shortly after 10:45 AM and identified 39-year-old Jacob Tye as the person allegedly involved. Tye was charged with trespassing and was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.
