A Dunkirk man is accused of stealing items from an address in the Town of Sheridan while he was conducting a delivery there. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies responded to the scene on East Middle Road during the early afternoon of July 3rd for a report of suspicious activity by a delivery driver. An investigation determined that 25-year-old Isaac Hillman allegedly took someone's items. Hillman was issued an appearance ticket on Friday and will appear in Sheridan Town Court to an answer a charge of petit larceny.
