A Falconer man has been taken into custody after an investigation into an alleged order of protection violation in the Town of Harmony. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies responded to an undisclosed address shortly before 4:45 PM Monday and found that 51-year-old Pedro Rosa allegedly violated a valid stay-away order of protection. Deputies add that Rosa had a previous conviction of a qualifying family offense. Rosa was later found and arrested on charges of 2nd-degree criminal contempt and aggravated family offense. He was transported to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.
