The Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office has charged a Sherman man who allegedly trespassed inside a condemned residence in the village. Sheriff's deputies were called to an undisclosed address shortly after 8:15 AM Friday for a report of a past-tense burglary and found that 62-year-old Kevin Cole was allegedly inside the residence on June 27th. Cole was charged with 2nd-degree criminal trespass and was issued an appearance ticket for Sherman Town Court.
