Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies have charged a Mayville man after an investigation into a harassment complaint Tuesday afternoon. Deputies were called to an undisclosed address in the village shortly after 3:45 PM. An investigation found that 46-year-old Matthew Simko allegedly acted repeatedly in a manner that alarmed and serious annoyed another person. Simko was later arrested on a charge of 2nd-degree harassment and taken to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.
