A welfare check conducted in the City of Jamestown on Friday resulted in drug-related charges against a Falconer man. State Police in Jamestown responded to the scene shortly after 2:15 PM. Troopers say 38-year-old George Santiago was charged with two counts of 7th-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was issued an appearance ticket.
