A Fredonia man faces a misdemeanor criminal mischief charge following a disturbance at a location in the Town of Arkwright. According to State Police from the SP Fredonia barracks, the incident was reported during the evening of June 6th. 41-year-old Brandon Kozlowski was arrested Wednesday on the charge and was issued an appearance ticket.
