A Cattaraugus County man was taken into custody on Thursday following an unrelated court appearance in the Town of Leon. Cattaraugus County Sheriff's deputies say 28-year-old Todd Dellahoy of Olean had an active warrant out of Cattaraugus County Family Court. Dellahoy turned himself in to deputies after his arraignment in Leon Town Court and was later released on his own recognizance.
