A Gowanda man faces a charge of 3rd-degree forgery following an investigation into a complaint out of the Town of Otto. Cattaraugus County Sheriff's deputies say 44-year-old Bradlee Smith was arrested Tuesday on the misdemeanor charge. Smith was issued an appearance ticket for Otto Town Court.
