A Frewsburg woman has been charged after an investigation into a fraud complaint. Carroll Town Police say they received the complaint on January 8th, and after a lengthy probe, found that 51-year-old Louise Anderson allegedly defrauded another person by obtaining a signature on a document by means of misrepresentation. Anderson was charged on Thursday with fraudulently obtaining a signature, and she was issued an appearance ticket for Carroll Town Court.
