A Falconer man faces a charge of 4th-degree criminal mischief after an investigation into a report of a disorderly person early Thursday. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies responded to an address on Mee Road in the Town of Poland shortly before 12:15 AM and determined that 46-year-old Brock Zampogna had allegedly caused damaged to another person's property. Zampogna was transported to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.
