A criminal mischief complaint in Brocton led to the arrest of a village resident. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies were called to the scene of the incident just after 1:15 AM Thursday. Deputies say an investigation alleges that 20-year-old Sierra Evans had damaged another person's property. She was charged with 4th-degree criminal mischief and issued an appearance ticket for Portland Town Court.
