A Jamestown woman was charged with 3rd-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following a recent traffic stop in Cattaraugus County. 34-year-old Julia Rohrback was taken into custody after getting pulled over in the City of Salamanca on May 3rd, according to the Salamanca Police Department. Rohrback was also charged with operating without headlights. She was issued an appearance ticket.
