A Dunkirk man has a court date after an investigation into a fraud complaint at a local business. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies were called to the unnamed business on Vineyard Drive on April 30th and determined that 46-year-old Shaunn Boyd had allegedly issued a bad check. He was issued an appearance ticket on Wednesday and will appear in Dunkirk Town Court on charges of issuing a bad check and petit larceny.
