A recent traffic stop in the Town of Hanover led to a drunk driving charge for a Dunkirk man. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies pulled over a speeding vehicle on Route 20 shortly before 2:30 AM on June 4th and found that the driver, 19-year-old Dwayne White, was allegedly intoxicated. He was charged with DWI and speeding and was issued an appearance ticket for Hanover Town Court.
